Do You Live In An Over 55 Community? Or Did You Think Of It & Change Your Mind?
I have a friend who is going to be 55 & lives in a town house by herself. Her neighbors are annoying to her. Kids bounce a ball constantly. She was talking to me on the phone the other day & some men were standing in her yard right outside her window. I found a place she can move it & might be able to sell her house & pay case for this condo. She grew up in the country & left her country home cause the yard work got to be too much. Now she wants to go back. I am telling her she would have a better class of people in the 55+ community. I told her if someone were being noisy there would be a person in charge that would make sure things got quiet. Please tell me what is good and or bad about living in a 55+ community. She has never been married, no children & is working as in a hospital as a house cleaner. A decent religious person who likes to go to her church & doesn’t have much money & an old car. She has the house cause her parents left it & she is an only child. Thank you!

If You Had The Assets, Would You Live In An Over 55 Community?
I’m not sure if the “Over 55 Communities” are nationwide or not, but there are quite a few in Florida.
What would your feelings be, living with others who are 55-85. Would you find this comforting or depressing?

Can A Disabled Person Under 55 Live In A 55 And Over Community?
I own a condo that is in a 55 and over community. I want to rent it to a person who is disabled and 50 yrs. old. I have heard and read in some material, that a person who is disabled is considered “elderly” regardless of age in respect to the 55 or over ruling. Is this true?
