Best Towns To Retire

I have 3 retirements from previous jobs totaling around 50k. I don’t plan to cash them all out, but 30k would be handy for a down payment.

I am taking a new position at a non-profit organization. This company is offering a 403(b) retirement plan and I am wondering if I should take it or not. They will pay 75% after 1 year and I can make contributions, before taxes, of up to 10% and I can be fully vested after 3 years of employment . What is the difference between this and a 401K or other retirement programs really?

FISH :: 2 Male platys, 6 female platys, 6 neon tetras, 2 cory cats, 4 guppies, 4 cherry barbs ( wasnt sure yes/no) , 2 dwarf gourami (1 or 2?) 1 male swordtail, 3 female swordtails. Tell me if this seems pretty good.
I have 8 years of fish care experience just want a second opinion..also can i add tiger barbs? didnt know cause sometimes they get agressive! thanks!!!
